We advise that each party is required to provide full and frank disclosure of their financial circumstances. Our aim is to engage in the provision of all relevant financial information cooperatively between each party to facilitate a speedy and amicable settlement. 

Accordingly, we request that you provide the following documents: 

1. Personal income tax returns and notices of assessment for the last 3 financial years.
2. Your 3 most recent payslips (if any such payslips exist).
3. Bank, loan and credit card account statements held in your and/or your former partner's name for the last 12 months.
4. Vehicle registration statements for any vehicles owned in your and/or your former partner's personal names.
5. Any documents pertaining to any liabilities or loan balances including personal, vehicle and/or unregistered loans you may have.
6. Your most recent superannuation member benefit statement.
7. Documents verifying any shareholdings you or your former partner may have, including any cryptocurrency or digital assets.
8. If you have an interest in a corporate entity: company tax returns, financial reports and bank statements for all corporate entities for the last 3 financial years.
9. If you are a beneficiary of a trust: Trust Deeds, trust tax returns, financial reports and bank statements for the last 3 financial years.
10. Details of any vested or contingent interest in property owned by you, or a corporate entity you have an interest in.
11. Details of any property you have disposed of in the 12 months before your separation or since the separation between you and your former partner.
12. Any other document evidencing the assets, liabilities, financial resources and/ or superannuation interests in which you and your former partner hold an interest, in your respective names or with any other person.
